All orders are automatically insured. If shipping damage occurs,
please take the following action:
- Do not accept a visually damaged product until the person making
the delivery has endorsed the bill of lading with a statement for the extent of the
damage.
- If damage is found after unpacking, retain all packing material
and immediately request the carrier arrange for inspection.
- Please contact us so we can initiate the claim
process.
Failure to notify us relieves Feeders For Less of responsibility.
